Consultations

• All new clients must attend a consultation before their first treatment.

• Consultations allow time to discuss your goals, medical history, and any questions.

• Treatment may not be provided on the same day depending on assessment.

 

Deposits & Payments

​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

• If you do not attend your appointment or provide insufficient notice to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of treatment.

• We accept cash and major card payments

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

​

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Medical Suitability

​

• Treatments will only be performed if deemed suitable following consultation.

• You must inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent procedures prior to treatment.

• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18, you will not be eligible for aesthetic injectables or skin boosters.

Age Policy

​

• All clients must be 18 years or older.

• Proof of age may be required at your first appointment.

​

Refunds

​

• Payments are for time, expertise, and product used — therefore, no refunds are given for treatments once carried out.

• Results may vary from client to client.

• If you experience any complications, please contact the clinic immediately so we can provide appropriate aftercare and support.

Complaints

​

• We take all feedback seriously.

• If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact the clinic in writing within 7 days of your appointment.

• We will review and respond within 14 days.

• Your personal data and treatment information are stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• Your information will never be shared with third parties without consent.

• You have the right to access or request deletion of your data at any time.

Health & Safety

• All treatments are performed in a sterile, professional environment using only licensed, UK-regulated products.

• The studio follows strict infection control and hygiene protocols.

Photography & Consent

​

• Before-and-after photos may be taken for your clinical record (with your consent).

• Images will only be used for marketing or social media if you have provided explicit written permission.
